Cancellation Policy

Every client will receive access to and agree to the AquaThriv Parent Handbook, Client Waiver & Service Agreement, and Pool Release Agreement. All required forms must be signed prior to scheduling your first lesson. Lesson credits are non-refundable, expire three (3) months from the purchase date unless otherwise approved, and are subject to AquaThriv's scheduling, cancellation, weather, and lesson policies.
