Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 1 hour before scheduled lesson time, after that no refund will be given. Please contact us as far in advance as possible to cancel your booking so the time slot can be filled by another client. Money can be refunded through direct request or used towards a future rescheduled lesson. Please contact Rachel Winder for details and help with this process!
