How Our Lessons Work

AquaThriv is an independent business where you can hire a Private Swim Instructor to come teach at your preferred local pool. Scheduling is flexible to your needs. After 25 min of water time, the instructor will complete a 5 min consultation to review progress with the supervising adult.

We currently teach in the St. Louis, MO community at HOA, Private, and Recreation Center pools. Please fill out a Swimmer Info Form to request a location before booking.

Monday: 9am-12pm

Tuesday: 4:30-7pm

Wednesday: Per Request

Thursday: 11:30-4pm

Friday: 1:30-5pm

Saturday: Per Request

Sunday: No Lessons taught

Infant Survival &
Fear Overcoming

Work through fears by making the water fun with games and toys. Jump into basic floatation safety skills, getting clients comfortable and safe in the water.

Special Needs

We have instructors with experience working with kids with special needs. These kids can learn to love and be safe in the water too! Message us for more info.

Intermediate

Grow confidence in the water by games and fun challenges. Master basic safety skills and start progression into further swimming techniques.

Advanced Skill Technique

Develop advanced swim strokes including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, as well as dives and flip turns too.

Our Customized Lessons

We offer lessons to all ages and acknowledge that every swimmer, no matter the age, has different experience levels with the water. We strive to customize each of our lesson plans and allow for flexibility to best meet the needs and goals of our clients.
