How Our Lessons Work
AquaThriv is an independent business where you can hire a Private Swim Instructor to come teach at your preferred local pool. We currently teach in the St. Louis, MO community at HOA, Private, and Recreation Center pools. Please fill out a Swimmer Info Form to request a location before booking.
Lesson Availability & Frequency
Lessons are scheduled based on each instructor’s weekly availability. Once a client is matched with an instructor, AquaThriv will create a group text message to coordinate scheduling. Families and instructors will work together to determine the lesson frequency, day, and time that best fits the swimmer’s needs and availability.
AquaThriv does not schedule or conduct lessons on Sundays in observance of a company-wide religious observance.
Lesson Structure
After 25 min of water time, the instructor will complete a 5 min consultation to review progress with the supervising adult.

We offer lessons to all ages and acknowledge that every swimmer, no matter the age, has different experience levels with the water. We strive to customize each of our lesson plans and allow for flexibility to best meet the needs and goals of our clients.
